Steamed Sugar Snap Peas
Recipe from Cooking Light Magazine, April 2012 issue
3 c. fresh sugar snap peas
2 tsp. dried tarragon (or 1 Tbsp. fresh)
1 Tbsp. butter
salt/freshly ground black pepper to taste
Steam peas 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Combine peas, tarragon, butter, salt, and pepper. Toss well. Serve warm.
